C’est avec beaucoup de joie que nous annonçons qu’après la réparation du puit et l’installation du compteur électrique, la construction du mur d’enceinte autour de l'école est terminée !
Lorsque nous avons quitté nos amis fin novembre 2018, ils n'ont pas tardé à commencer les travaux.... en moins de 6 mois et avec 300 sacs de ciment, les artisans du village ont fabriqué plus de 12000 parpaings à la main!! Ensuite ils ont construit une enceinte de 122m x 98m pour offrir aux enfants un espace sécurisé leur permettant de travailler en toute quietude et enfin de pouvoir cultiver leur futur jardin potager!
Encore une fois, Momodou, le directeur et ses enseignants, les parents et les enfants de Bambally se joignent à nous pour remercier de tout cœur tout le monde qui ont participé au crowdfunding qui ont permis de réaliser ce projet.

We have great pleasure to annonce that after repairing the well and providing electricity to the school, the schoolyard wall is finished!
When we left our friends last November, it didn't take long for them to start working on the wall...in less than 6 months and with over 300 bags of cement and tons of sand, the workmen from the village made over 12,000 cinder blocks by hand!! They then built a 420x321 wall around the school property to give the children a secure place to study in peace and quiet and to at last be able to grow their vegetable garden!
Once again, Momodou, the principal and his staff, along with the parents and schoolchildren of Bambally, join us to warmly thank everyone who participated in the crowdfunding enabling the realization of these projects.
