Thierry Petit :
Contrebassiste à l’Opéra Orchestre National de Montpellier depuis 30 ans ; tel un troubadour globe-trotter, Thierry ne cesse de parcourir le monde accompagné de sa contrebasse voyageuse. A pied, en vélo, en voilier, sa contrebasse sur le dos, il initie des projets de créations musicales en milieu scolaire avec les enfants qu’il rencontre.

Double bassist for the National Opera Orchestre of Montpellier for 30 years ; a troubadour globe-trotter at heart, Thierry and his travelling double-bass journey around the world on foot, by bike or sailboat, initiating musical cultural projects between French schoolchildren and those he encounters along the way.

Américaine d’origine, Stacia a un parcours atypique…import-export, enseignement, gestion hébergements touristiques…Elle reprend des études dans l’audio-visuel ; devient vidéaste pour l’aventure de La Contrebasse Voyageuse en Méditerranée. Voyageuse, passionnée de notre humanité dans toute sa diversité, elle veut, de son regard de vidéaste, partager avec tous l’aventure humaine de « Vive la Vie » autour du monde.
Stacia Petit :
American born with an unusual career path… import-export, teaching, management of tourist accommodationsand more recently audio-visuel, becoming videographer for the musical project, La Contrebasse Voyageuse en Méditerranée. A free-spirited traveler with a strong affection for our common humanity in all its diversity, Stacia aspires, with her videographer eye, to share with all, the human adventure of « Vive la Vie » around the world.
